Lifestyle Direction Counselling provides a variety of training and services for all types of corporate organisations.
These include:
- Employee Assistance Programs
- Same day access to a counsellor for crisis intervention and debriefing
- Individual and group programs tailored to the specific needs of your company
- One-on-one services, on-site, off-site or at our own specialist premises
- Train-the-trainer courses for human resources personnel and managers to educate, assist and support staff through effectively managing, motivating and training
- Training for staff to help them better deal with the challenges they face at work in order to maintain productivity
- Services are offered in all area across NSW
